I had the WEIRDEST dream about @MysteryChicken ...

So the details are blurry but I ended up in Florida where she apparently lived. I stayed in an air B and B that had applesauce in the first draw that expires 39 years ago. Also the label was weird because it was a BYC member complaint/report. Anyway, I found a plate on the dining room table and I went to the beach where I found MysteryChicken. We became friends and then I showed her the plate. (By the way this was taking place in 2001) She said that the plate belonged to her in 1990 and that it was the same plate she used to kill my uncle.

That’s when I woke up. Told you it was weird.

That's just weird. I wasn't even born yet, nor have I ever lived in Florida .

We harvested the 4th round of pink oyster mushrooms. Nutrients are running low in the substrate. I was letting it dry out so we can throw it in the garden for fertilizer.


These guys are resilient, & apparently thought they were dying, so they decided it's time to grow again. I did not force them this time, so I guess we're getting a 5th harvest.

Well, I have an ad up for my extra male button quails, and it's been there for a few months and I've got at least a dozen replies, only to have them all back out at the last second
Then a few days ago, someone messaged me again, and asked a million questions, and seemed really satisfied (they also seemed like a kid) So we planned to meet in a parking lot on Monday morning at 10:30 on the dot. Then this happened

Yeah. I'm not going to reply. For one, because I'd probably say something that they don't completely deserve. And also because I feel they shouldn't have planned to trade them to someone else right after they got them from me.

My favorite girl is Star, who is a black faverolle. She drinks like its the end of the world, but wont eat pellets, any green snacks, yogurt, scrambled eggs, nothing. I feel so bad cause she is my favorite
