Farm chatter

As it turns out, the hen that they thought had marek's has recovered, so it wasn't marek's and we're going back this weekend.
oh yay thats exciting! :celebrate
They've had a mystery pair of quail randomly dropped off- I'm not sure if they're coturnix or buttons (I don't think that they know, either tbh)
ooh interesting!
I had 28 heart attacks this time.
do you still exist
I'll take pictures when I go. @ButtonHoarder I'll need your expertise.

One of my other dogs was being really aggressive to her, and we are so busy right now we didn't have the time to keep them separated/train him.

I just laughed so hard I cried and had to gasp for breath! I will inform you: I haven't done that since I was 6 and my brother tickled me. Something about my mother struggling to climb back into the house after she went out the door that has a 4 1/2 foot drop and no steps is just HILARIOUS! I wish I'd gotten a video!

Tip:
Don’t buy just a collar, use a harness. Way easier and safer for them and you.
Harnesses can make them pull more because they can get a lot of power from them and also pull against the top pressure.
Nooooo!!!
Too late, I like Finn better
I love Finn too and really wanted to rename him that but now Brewster is really growing on me 😂😭
What are we naming?!?!
My puppy LOL

The pigs have been being idiots for the past week. They sleep right outside the human house instead of going inside their own houses. They grunt all night and step on each other because they all try to cram themselves behind the air conditioner. There are two babies from the fattest and stupidest of them all (a guinea hog/ kunekune mix) and the stupid mother pig decided to lead them outside to get stepped on by fat pigs as they try to get the behind the air conditioner with their mother. One of them was getting stepped/laid/sat on (we could hear it squealing but couldn't see it in the dark) so we had to hop out the back door when the stupid pig sitting on it wouldn't move when my mother slapped it. The piglet looks like it's going to be ok but these pigs are starting to drive me crazy. We're thinking about fencing them off so that they HAVE to go into their houses but last time we did that they busted through the fence and we don't have any better fence to use right now. As you can see, I'm not fond of pigs! Sorry for the extremely long explanation.
