They both saw it, glanced at the title ('Why -------- Should Hatch Eggs) assumed hat I was just asking for more chickens, and brushed it off without looking through it at all. So. Upset.

You don't get it.....if I have chicks that can't be kept in a brooder anymore that I don't have homes for, especially cockerels that will start crowing, I'm absolutely screwed. I have a backyard to work with, one coop that only fits my four hens, and neighbors that don't want to listen to sixish cockerels crowing.

Post an ad on CL or Facebook at the time. Once their time is up (when they grow out of the brooder) if they haven’t all found homes- cull. That way you at least gave them a chance at finding a home.

How are you sure they saw it?

I asked "did you see my slideshow?" and she was like yeah, then proceded to ask if it would be better in the fall
I went on to explain hatching times
and she was like 'yeah but i'd still have to integrate them while you're at camp'
and at that point i knew that she hadn't looked at it because the first slide says that I don't want to keep the chicks

THought that my mom said yes to hatching but then realized that A) the run was on the wrong side of the coop, B) my grandparents were there, and C) the run and coop were falling apart
I realized it was a dream right before I woke up

I’ve had dreams like that constantly. They happen often. Especially when my dreams include animals I have lost. I always realize it’s a dream towards the end. And fight so hard not to wake up.
