What are your top picks? Definitely SS's! Speaking of that, do you know if there are any fertile SS at the grocery store?

Even if they were I doubt anything will say it. SS aren’t really production breeds so probably no.

While SS are fabulous, they're slightly more expensive and have lower egg production, making them less ideal for commercial egg operations.
