Kathy will you take a picture of the under side of the lid for me the next time you open it.
I want to see what the heating element looks like.

The black and white wires are 110v, they power the heating element, and the red and black wires are 12v or maybe 5v and they power the fan.

No, took the fan out. Just checked shell temps and the ones in the warmer area are spot on, but the ones in the cooler area are only 94 degrees.

Well, got to say I am pretty disappointed, I have played around with it but cannot get the temp even close to where it should be.

So will not go above 94 for you possibly to much air space in the chosen unit ?
