Farm innovators Pro incubator cracked window

Anyone had a problem with the window in their Farm innovators Pro incubator 4250 cracking?!? I just list a WHOLE clutch of duck eggs. I wasn’t sure why. Now that I’m looking over it after washing it I am thinking this could definitely be the reason. Wondering if anyone has advice on fixing it?

is that glass or plexi glass?

I don't think the cracks are bad enough to change the environment inside the brooder.
However, whatever caused the cracks might have.

It’s plexiglass. Ugh I’m just at a loss. I have read that they have problems with heat fluctuations too. I didn’t notice too much. I had a second thermometer and hydrometer in it too. The the humidity levels were a little off between the two.
