Whatever happened to 3acres?? I hope he didn't go live down by the river with his chickens.

LOL!!! I guess we all talked him into it...

Love all the recent photos - lots of cute bunnies and a very pretty "Bunny", among other great horse photos.

. Man, I'm tired! ....just got the internet hooked-up! Anybody ever try to get wi-fi hooked up in a van that ran out of gas before you got to the river??? It's not easy. 12 mile trench dug by hand to splice into someones house. I could of just gone a half mile, but they still had dial-up....who needs that...lol. I'm all settled in my van now. I kill a day hauling water. I do push the van 10 feet a day closer to the river and move all the poultry pens...someday I'll be there.....lol. All you are all mean!!!....postin' awesome pics and stories of neat critters, filling impresionible minds like mine with thoughts of ...oh that's neat, I gotta have that...or ..oh that's cool, I gotta do that...well, here I am experiencing it all I guess.....lol.

Sanna - That's a Red Ranger meat bird on the left in that pic....and a Cornish Cross meat bird on the right. They do have big feet! They are apart of my self sufficient, grow your own, want to stay away from big ag movement I'm joining....lol. Doesn't take long surfin' youtube to go...YIKES!...not sure what is all true though??? Great pics you have been posting! ..and congrats on the chicks!

Great pics everyone!!!

Red Ranger.....first one in the pen to be moved. The grass is too tall where they are, so I moved to where the cows are grazing.

They like to stay close to things unless I'm in one spot for a while....then they feel more comfortable to free range out in the open more.

More to add to the ones above when they are a little bigger.

Goaties in their pen. I try to give everything I can floating pens....and move them all over as needed. The goats have a floating pen right now. I couldn't wait until this fall to breed the does, so maybe I'll have baby goaties this fall....

My gilt is getting a lot bigger already!! I need to name her! She's awesome! ...very very tame now!!!!

It got pretty warm one day...so I made her a mud hole....

Her boyfriend is drinking off his mom right now....gotta go get him in a couple weeks!...

Ducks have new pens now, but I'm not done with them yet. 3 bigger ducks in one and the little ones in another next to it. I'm adding in logs, rocks, shade structures, houses to lock them up in a night, kiddie pool ponds dug into the ground and all that.....trying to make it fun for them. ..plus they'll free range and swim in the big ponds.

Rouens are getting their feathers.

Bigfoot been itching their hiney's on my chicken tractors again....

I'm glad you got your internet hooked up to your van! Nobody in the area has wireless internet? Would have saved you a bunch of digging.
