Newest turkey poult with his-count them-FOUR mothers. The silkie mix has taken it upon herself to be the 'main' mother. More should be hatching soon. Large flocks of yellow-rumped warblers and cedar waxwings passed trough this weekend to feast on cedar berries. Pretty little 5 month old pullet. My favorite cow. She loves to be scratched and petted.

3 acres, did you pull needle teeth on the piglets?

I clipped them....didn't pull. I read and read on it. Seems more and more people aren't doing anything to them anymore. With this first time mom and her actually kinda acting like she was starting to be bothered by them drinking, I thought it best to do something. Man are they sharp little dangers! Did I do good?....do you have thoughts on it?....or just asking?

I really don't know much on pigs other than they taste good but I do know from occasionally working on them those teeth hurt! I know they either pull or clip down here. So just thoughts. I've never raised pigs, but dealt with a limited number in vet clinics I was working at.

I need to print (16x20) one of these for a final project at school tomorrow.
I can't decide which. I obviously adore the one of my DH the most, but I can't say it's my "best quality" of work.

Which would you choose, and why?
