I know the question if there is one, is confusing.
1. If a Wyandotte is the hen and the rooster is a Sebright, what will the chick be like. ?
This is an example, I know these two breed birds are on the farm.
2. All the hatched eggs were brown. And all 3 hatched chicks have feathers on their legs.
3. If the hen is a Silkie and the rooster is a Sebright what will the chick be like. ?
Well.. I have 4 chicks, Moms are either Jersey Giant/Australorp or Easter Egger.. (or maybe a SLW or a slim chance of Speckled Sussex...) Dad is a Black Copper Marans. All of the chicks are colored almost the same - black and white. 2 have feathered legs, 2 have white wingtips, 1 has a pronounced comb already (8 days old...). No idea WHAT they might turn out like by the time they are done. The white bits are getting bigger on some, and others are getting blacker.
Your chicks will be a mix of the two - could be a bunch of little twins of each other or could turn out totally different once they get all feathered in.
Here's my itty-bitties on day one. (Blury - hard to crawl back in there to take picts)
You will have mixed breeds--nobody can say what they will look like unless there are at least some breeds known. So there are Wyandotte and Silkie hens, and Seabright roosters... any others, or is that it? If that's it, and all chicks have feathered legs, they are certainly Silkie x Seabright. BUT they came from brown eggs? Were they large fowl or bantam eggs?
Post pictures of the chicks. Down color will at least usually give you an idea of their adult plumage. Also, what kind of combs do they have?

popsicle asked "are there any other breeds"
1. Yes, there are others, such as a White Leghorn mating with a Seabright.
2. the eggs were Bantam size.
3. All eggs were tan or light tan. (sorry about saying brown)

So you don't know what this little fella will be. ?
Some how I have stuck in my head, each chick will be one breed or the other.
But a mix of two breeds just does not compute with me. Let's say the hen is a Leg Horn and rooster is a silkie,,,,huh ???? really, they will look like a mix of the two breeds. ??
