I found it quiet funny. As we were flipping through the channels I would have preferred to watch So you think you can dance, DH decided that was better and wow those girls have really never been to the country you can tell.

I don't really like these reality dating shows... but somehow when they come on I can't help watching them! They're like a car accident... you can't help rubber-necking

I was thinking.. how great would it be to have a show like this, but reversed? Farmer wants a HUSBAND??

Around here my MIL and myself do all of the yard work, planting, animal care... my BF is a musician and.. well... is scared to death of getting dirty...

His hands are his money-makers.. so I guess he has a SMALL point...

I think a reverse show would be great... plus it wouldn't make women look so darned stupid.

Sure dosen't sound like a "born here Canadian" talking.....I'm very proud of the farmers that we have left that work so hard to feed us.
That's a pretty crass statement and you sound like one of those city girls on that program....

I have an old one that I "might" consider trading him for three young ones, but only if they're good cooks, do the laundry, clean house, and are willing to feed/water the chickens. They also have to be my garden hoers.

The girls are so annoying but at the same time I can't stop watching. I hated Josie. There's a few others I totally can't stand because they are fake -------. Let me be on that show. I wouldn't be scared of getting dirty or the chickens pecking my eyes out. LOL Maybe I should do a show Farm Girl Needs a Husband so he can carry the feed bags for here. LOL And he must know how to cook also unless he wants to eat microwave meals all his life.

I don't think any of the girls are really interested in him. They're just superficial twerps who want to be on teevee. It seems like they're bored most of the time.

I saw bits of last night's episode. Who wears spike heels to a barn dance? And they certainly made sure the girls had fugly dresses to wear for the dance, but given that all their other clothes would be inappropriate I guess they had to supply dresses to ensure the girls would be covered.

The self-proclaimed virgin certainly dresses and dances like a slut.

* I agree, but at the same time, told DH that, tradgically(sp) we've seen city cheerleading competitions with some of the same moves!!! Tough for the pot to call the kettle black when I grew up with the likes of mtv, "dirty dancing", "If you think I'm sexy", "flashdance", and madonna-- just to name a few. . . . .Look at what this bunch of "kids" have grow up with!!!
