Fart Eggs?

I read a few things talking about fart eggs or wind eggs, I know its commen for a hens first egg to be small and yolkless(fart egg) but my aunt has a hen who only lays small eggs and shes not that small. We have kept all the small eggs from her and only cracked one so far, but it didn't have a yolk and I dont think these ones do either? Any ideas?

My hens never laid fart eggs, but my light brahma hen, Oreo, laid an egg with only yolk!

does that mean if it was fertilized the chicken would be bigger?
