I would go with something white for the blue skirt.......

A short sleeved, V-neck shirt.. maybe with a side wrap.....preferably long enough to hit hip length.

Thats a tough one to say...
I like it.. but something about that blue color in the shirts "off" from the blue in the skirt...
I think white would look best...

I think you should go with something lighter in color and more "flowy". The top you are wearing in that picture just doesn't go right with the skirt. Fashion Bug has some awesome inexpensive summer styles right now. I'm sure you could easily find soemthing there!

I just bought 3 shirts from Fashion Bug- a white, a blue and a pink. Hopefully they will be good matches for my skirts.
