Fat neck chicken?

I noticed today that this girl is looking different then she used to.... is she ok?! It’s cold out,
We’re in BC, Canada and it’s -17

She looks puffed up. She might be cold or getting sick. Her tail is held down, and that can be another sign of illness. I would bring her inside and get her warm. Offer water with electrolytes and a little scrambled egg bits along with her feed. Check her crop to feel if it is empty, full, firm or puffy. Tell us what herd roppings look like and if she is eating and drinking. Drinking is most important. How old is she, and does she lay eggs?
