She looks puffed up. She might be cold or getting sick. Her tail is held down, and that can be another sign of illness. I would bring her inside and get her warm. Offer water with electrolytes and a little scrambled egg bits along with her feed. Check her crop to feel if it is empty, full, firm or puffy.
