I set some eggs that hatched fathers day.

I got a pretty good hatch 22 eggs made it to the incubator, 3 were clear 1 quit day 12-14, one was very late and died after hatching. So my LG hatch was 17/22 or 77%- not bad even if you count the two eggs the hen crushed before I moved them, 17/24 = 71%.

6 JG

11 DB

here are the pictures:

My Bl/Bk/Sp JG in no particular order

Thanks for looking

The camera clearly needs new batteries, I start getting mis-focus issues even in manual mode when the batteries are shot.

the three buts in a row are the three colors DB I got the darkest (one) the median color... like 8-9, and the lightest (whatever's left over) - is this indicative of anything? (like good color/bad color/good type ect?)

The black beaked JG (alone in two pictures) was first to hatch.

Ok 9 of the DB have a straight row of wing feathers

the other 2 have then staggered, every other one longer.

so that gives me 9/2 (gender/other gender).

is that female/male?
