Fattening a recuperating Hen

Do you have a vet that can perform a fecal float?
In the photos - are her eyes cloudy or is that just flash/camera angle?
You mention her crop seems empty at night - is the crop every full? Ideally the crop should be full at night when she goes to sleep - it should be empty by morning.
I will find a vet on Tuesday to do a fecal on her.
I have been de-worming every 6 months using 1oz per gallon of Wazine
I will keep record of her crop over next few days; Morning and night.
Her eyes are cloudy.
There are no parasites on my birds

How long have her eyes been cloudy?

That would be good to have a fecal float. A lot of people do de-worm a couple of times a year, that's great that you do this.

In the meantime, do the best you can to keep her eating/drinking. She is very pale, so a little chopped liver everyday as a treat may be good or add poultry vitamins to her water.

Fwiw - Wazine (piperzine) will only treat roundworms, so if your girls have any other types, it would not take care of those. Also Wazine treatment would be once then repeat 2 more times at 7day intervals. (so that's a total of 3treatments over a 21day period).

I will add some liver treats and get fecal float ASAP ...I'll report back as soon as I have results. Good info on the Wazine...

taking fecal to local vet for float test now. if positive for worms or coccidia Looking for advice on product to get and dosage for all 20 in the flock...

Ask your vet for recommendations, but for Coccidiosis you can use Corid which is found in the cattle section of feed stores like Tractor Supply.

If he does confirm worms, find out what type. If roundworms only, then you can use Wazine which can be added to the flock's water.
For any other types you would want to use Safeguard (Fenbendazole), Valbazen or Praziquantel. Dosing is different for each one of these and each bird would need to be treated individually.

Nothing on fecal that I

Nothing on both fecals that vet can see. NOTE: I took in a second fecal to also test from a coop mate. She said the poop is really light and the water component seems excessive. She has been drinking a ton of water!

Negative on worms, giardia, and coccidia. Now on 24% chick starter and I will add ground beef liver on the side tomorrow. Eyes are full and clear now. Crop not very full this evening. Drinking a ton of water. No change in color. Poo is mostly water with some green/white.

It's great that you got the testing!

Hopefully she is just having a really hard time molting and will start to perk up with the extra protein and care.

You can put her on chick starter/grower for awhile. Perhaps as a mash with baby food on top. I buy the veggie and fruit baby foods in a pouch, and squirt it in droplets a top the mash. You really don't know what's in cat food. Scrambled eggs. While giving starter/grower always offer free range oyster shell.
