I just want to add something as an extra piece of advice.
First of all, I'm glad you and DH worked things out and you changed your name
But on a serious note, teasing about weight and size is NOT okay. One of you even made a comment about girls who look like crack/heroin addicts because they are so small. They call overly thin girls anorexic, bulimic, addicts, whatever. Sadly, even one of you on here did that. I don't think people completely understand what kind of effect those hurtful things have on people, big or small.
I can't begin to count how many times I've been told to go eat a burger or ANYTHING and gain some weight. I've been called anorexic. I've been called a crack addict (or crack **ore). I am NOT, nor have I ever been, an addict or had an eating disorder of any kind. I find "regular" sized and plus sized women beautiful and would give anything to have even half of their curves and pounds. Some of us are just not lucky enough to have such a healthy body. Some of you know what I mean, others don't and that's okay. Funky, I like your body just the way it is and am jealous of the fact that you can wear dresses. I can't. I am too small and get made fun of because of my thin legs or for "showing off" my body. Please don't ever feel bad about how you look. There is someone standing next to you that would feel blessed to have what you've got.
For the rest who may not care, please be mindful of the comments you made about someone else. You have no idea what they've already been through and your comment could be the straw that will break the camel's back.
Very well said.....you are so eloquent and well spoken...
thin, short, tall or overweight, all people are beautiful if their inner selves are beautiful. Beauty comes in all sorts of forms and sizes, I have heard soo many people say that anyone who says beauty is only skin deep must be Ugly...well I have thought like this since I was a little kid, my whole family is teaming with big beautiful busty and curvaceous women and there is more to each person then their looks, their personalities, their empathy, their generosity, their love....
anyhow..........
Directed at the OP, you look fantastic and happy in those pics, you seem to be very feminine, something I kind of lack, too much of a tomboy...blame it on being raised with a bunch of boys
Ema
Debi OMG, she did that to you?? I would soooo knock her teeth out!
