Faverolles Losing Feathers?

This just started happening recently. Our faverolles (who hasn't had this kind of problem before) is losing feathers on her neck. I'm not sure if the other chickens are picking them off because I haven't seen any of them go after her. There's six and they stay in their coop at night and most of the morning, then we let them out into our backyard for the rest of the day. Could it be boredom? I read that boredom can lead to feather picking but I don't know.

My Faverolles had hard molts. It started with their beards thinning. That said, you should check her for creepy crawlies and injuries.
