Hee hee, another Favorelle baby here. The feathering on those feet! Kees I was just showing off your pullet/hens here to some Mainers. They are so lovely. Thanks again.
The UofA pair is laying pretty regular if someone is interested in their eggs. Kees? Dick?

6 Fav bantams hatched here. 3 of the 5 have wing feathers starting, 2 don't, so thinking 3 roos and 2 pullets. It'd be nice if it was the other way around, but there is definitely a slight difference in size. The 6th one is a baby from some swap eggs. It's vigorous but considerably smaller than my 5 chicks hatched.

Pullets usually feather in faster than cockerels.

Anyone in MI looking for bantams? Someone has a bantam salmon trio for sale, as well as a blue/black flock. I didn't know anyone in that area had bantam blues and blacks. No shipping though.

Here is one of the chicks. I think its a pullet. Still so hard to tell.
