Faverolles Thread

Are these anyones? Does anyone know who this is? Can I get an opinion? I'm not too desperate, but I have eggs from another source (another breed) that I would be able to put in at the same time as these. Thanks all!!

Thanks Leisha. These are my first Faverolle chicks and I thought they would look a little different. I really like the temperment of these chicks. The last ones I had were skittish. These guys are happy to sit and fall asleep in your hands.

Its day 18 I put my first ever Salmon eggs in the hatcher today. 6 out of 11 that I recieved made it to the hatcher.

Is Jamie McCallum on BYC? I just got some eggs from them shipped from TX. LOTS of extras! I have a broody fav hen that acted like she won the lottery when I gave her a few.
Also- how are they as broodies? Similar to cochins? I haven't been able to break her or find a spot she liked for the past month, but finally did with a brand new private coop with a view. She's so spoiled!

Well out of my 7 bantam faverolles I hatched last month, 4 are pullets and 3 are cockerls. They look great!!

Beautiful muffs, feathering!!!!!!
