That headband is a good idea! I have several silkies that have such a hard time seeing because of all of the fluff. I have been tempted to give them a hair....um....feather cut, but I like the headband better. I'm going to try that tomorrow and see if they will keep one on. I'll try white, the same color as the silkies...so as not to attract attention from the other chickens.

The thing about prewrap is that is has some inherent "grab" to it and will hold better than an actual hairband.
