I love veggies! those are all good, and I give the leftover cucumbers to my birds, but by far my favorite vegetable is squash. pumpkin pie is delicious, and spaghetti squash can be used as a healthy noodle alternative, or eaten as a side dish with honey and maple syrup!

I haven't found a vegetable I don't like, and I've even made friends with beets (previously on the "not my favorite" list).

But my favorite:

Beans! Green, yellow, purple... Raw, cooked, pickled...

As I said at the dinner table when I was a wee lass, "Mo' beanie! Mo' beanie!"
