Huh. Well, a phenotypically partridge coloration seems to be relatively common with EE roosters. I’ve seen many. There’s also the silver version, blue version, splash version, and combinations of those.Thanks. I've had limited experience with Easter Eggers, but have yet to see an EE rooster that looks like that. I did start another thread asking for people to post pics of their EE roos. They must be out there as that color is fairly common in hens.

Of course, all the above roosters likely have mixed genetics, and you can’t tell from just looking at them if they’re partridge, since they could also be duckwing or wheaten or a combination of those.
