Feather Fiasco

I have three chickens.
It has been getting cold and they just got over being sick.
I put a heat lamp in the coop for them.
I hadn't realized that it was within their reach.
One of my girls got too close and a good amount of feathers were burnt off.
I moved the lamp out of reach but I was wondering:
What is a good way to help her feathers grow back in a timely matter?

what does the feather loss look like my flock is having the same problem recently i'm not sure what is causing It

She got too close to the heat lamp, I think the others pushed her too close.
They look like they had been melted to a point.
I was freaking out when I noticed it the next morning

The only way to make a feather grow back is to take a pair of pliers and pull the whole quill out. Then the chicken will replace it like it was a lost or shed feather. Sorry.
