I think you missed it here ^^Looks like feather loss from overbreeding. Their feathers will grow back after they molt in the fall.

I have used the feather fixer and did not see much difference.
I had a hen that would dominance mount other hens. Made me nuts trying to deal with her. She ended up in freezer camp.
