Feather loss?

My hen has slowly been loosing feather on her neck, front and back. I have no clue how she could be loosing them. She is one of my Roos favorites but he does it very calmly so I don't know how she would loose all the feathers. Here are some pics.

Looks like a molt, but check for lice and mites.

Would they molt in the spring and she doesn't have mice/lice.
