One of my 3 week old Ameraucanas has a bent wing feather mixed in with her other feathers. Is this something I should be concerned about? Will it work itself out?

Nothing to worry about. Feathers can get askew for a number of reasons, but I can't think of a situation where it's anything to be concerned about. Usually, the feather just got bent during the daily romping and napping, and it will either straighten out or be replaced when the new feathers grow in.

Nope, nothing to worry about. Often chickens will just jam their wing into something or yank the feather with their beak in the wrong way, which bends the feather. The feather won't straighten out now that it is bent, but it shouldn't harm the bird.

Thanks for the replies. She is the prettiest bird of the bunch with blue and light tan feathers and she is so timid. Glad to know that it won't inhibit her.
