Feather sexing transylvanian naked neck chickens

Does anybody know if the TNN is a breed that carries the feather sexing gene?

Both the male and female parents must carry different feather rate alleles. The rooster must carry the recessive rapid rate allele and the female will carry the dominant slow rate allele.

The answer is yes but which one I do not know. My guess is the slow rate.
