The hen laughed and the pullet tugged LillyFeather away from the tree, moving her close to the pit. The Nightmare broke enough bars to get out and slowly walked towards the trembling pullet, its long, ugly head held high.

The PitP (pullet in the pit) darted out of the corner she was in, hoping to escape. The Nightmare whipped out its tail and caught her by the leg, tripping her. It jumped onto her back and dug its claws in. The PitP shrieked as it dug its teeth into her wings. It was the last sound she made before falling limp.
