Feathered Feet? (Breed and Gender request)

Howdy,

I’m trying to figure this lil guy (or girl?) out. He’s so tiny and cute, I’ve nicknamed him outcast since he doesn’t get along with the others. I make sure to give him extra food in hopes that he will grow and be less anxious around the rest.

I’ve even found him in a tree when I went to put him back in the coop for the night, so cute!
