Feathered footed/legged blue australorp?!

Hi all!! I was told this was a blue australorp pullet. Have you ever seen feathered legs/feet on a hen? I fear this is a roo :( I had all four in a tiny box for just a moment today while I cleaned their space and this one is a bit bigger than the others (supposedly hatched right around the same time). Also often seems to be the first to their feeder, eating more than the others, quick to be comfortable jumping into my palm, etc. Adding some pics of newly hatched as well. Currently around 2 weeks. Thanks so much for any insight!!!

Thanks for your reply! A local feed store. They seem reputable but were selling a few hundred chicks that day so it was a bit chaotic
