featherless area

i just got hens and one of them has a spot near her rear end where there are missing feathers and mud and dirt has been clumping the feathers together even rocks have hardened on them it took the rocks out but there is still this spot. does anyone know what i should do about this.

Have you noticed the chickens picking on her at all? Maybe that's the cause. I'm just thinking out loud here.

i dont think its the other chickens her rear fluffy feathers have clumped together by mud and dropping and she has lost some feathers. so its mostly the clumped feathers.
