Feathers being ripped off

Ok so we have some baby chicks and one of them got out of the brooder and it’s missing it’s feathers but the tips are still attached and there’s not a feather to be seen in there so do you know the problem?

Also there’s a lot of other chicks that are having the same problem
Can you please post photos of the chick(s) and the brooder setup?
How old are the chicks?
What are you feeding?
What's the temp in the brooder on the warm and cold sides?

Feather picking, provide them with more space.
They look to be feathered out pretty well, if it's warm where you live, likely they can go outside to their outdoor housing.

Raise the water and feed up so they don't get soiled and clogged up so badly.
