It is. I messaged the EBay seller and told her about my low fertility rates. She has already replaced my eggs once, and she told me if I came by, she would give me some chicks. I wonder if the eggs went through x ray.

Ah, man, sorry to hear about your White Cochin eggs! That's always a bummer.

I haven't 'officially' candled mine yet, but I have peeked and I saw a few clears and a blood ring, but lots of life still, too. I'll sit down and properly candle them either tonight or tomorrow night to take stock of who's doing what in there. I certainly don't need all 34 of them to hatch (and clearly that won't be the case with a blood ring present), but good numbers from each kind of egg would be nice!
