Feathers is this normal

We have lots of feathers in our coop and yard, most of them are from our white leghorn/EE. They are 19 weeks non of our chickens look like they are shaggy or missing feathers.

They are most likely molting.

Mine are doing that but they don't look shaggy. The feathers all look like they are getting better adult feathers maybe ?

Mine are 20 weeks and they Prune/Fluff themselves all day
