Feathers Missing Around Comb

A few of the Australorps sit for hours before laying. The bossy Barred Rocks do not appreciate it at all.

I'm not that good at breeds yet. She is pretty. 

Does she have feathered feet?

And no she does not have feathered feet.

Looks like a Partridge Rock. And I've had hens with missing feathers like that. In my girls' case it's because they take forever to lay their eggs and the more dominant hens get tired of waiting and start pecking.

I was thinking Partridge something.... (too big of comb for Cochin).

When waiting on the lay box, makes sense. I was wondering when other girls might peck at the head like that.

My BR are quite bossy as well. Two different BR from two separate flocks, both top of the pecking orders.
