feathers missing on head

My hen is missing feathers on her head she doesn't seem to be sick. I don't know if there is anything I can do.

She is being picked on how many hens or pullets and how big is the coop please?

we have 10 and my husband thought he saw that happening the other day the coop is about 8x12

Thanks for the photo of the coop she is low man on the totem pole there is blue coat that you can get no peck. I would start with that .. You can buy it at any feed store.
Be careful to not get in her eyes.

Thank you so much I will try that we are new at this chicken thing and they are thriving and laying and doing everything right and even surviving the cold so if that's all it takes to help her out I'm all about it. I'll let you know how it goes
