Feathers?

I believe my Ancona ducklings are about 4 weeks and six days now. I'm having a family friend build a 8x8 shed. Then we will put that in the garden that we don't use. It will have a kiddie pool. A net over the top and it's already fenced in. Do I have to wait for them to get there adult feathers in order to put them outside? When should they get them? My two blue ones were all yellow and recently they have dark patches, what is it?

How cold are your temps?..They will be fine outside during the day and if cold at night they should still be kept warm..
