Wow, had not seen that one, I love it.

And it's the same for the solved (green) and the investigating (yellow). Pretty cool to see them all sorted that way.

I personally love the new site and am glad we moved in .

So far I have found nothing here to dislike, but my favorite is the new editor - it is so much user friendly than the old one.

You can click on the Alerts show all - quickly scan the items you may have missed and mark those "unread" and like magic, they reappear in the Alerts red count

The quick link under Account that leads to the PFM with options to buy and info on when yours expires is so useful.
