I am really happy right now! Of the 12 shipped eggs I received, 11 show development today (day 7). One has a crack that I just noticed, so I tried to put some tapeover it. I think it may be developing, but I'm not sure. It may have died - I will keep an eye on it and recheck in 10 days.
If you toss I would understand. I cleaned my incubator out a lot this last week.
Sorry about the losses but I am excited for your pips and chipmunky baby!!!Okay so today is day 21 1 of the dropped eggs passed away in shell & the other is fully hatched out & looks like a chipmunk so far. 4 more EE eggs have pipped - I ended up making a hole in my quail egg (feared it had passed away too) turns out it was double yolked & had 2 formed chicks 1 was dead & idk it the other will make it as there was NO room in there, we'll see, least I know it has a better chance than it had w/ it's head stuck in the middle of the 2 lil bodies in the egg.
Hoping for more to hatch thru the night & to see some action on my jb eggs. Next hatch will be jb & quail eggs -
