So this is what the inside of my bator looks like. There is one more pipped and another is zipping (last egg on the right) so they are all crammed in there for at least another couple of hours.

Just went and lifted my broody hen up very quickly. Only one chick and 3 eggs left. I didn't see any pips either...but I didn't really look so I could've missed them. But remember when I candled at day 14 and said I wasn't sure about 3 of them? Hmm makes me wonder if they really were bad

I just had #19 pip and its a BIG pip!! while i was watching that my mail came....along with my SUPER awesome candling flashlight that i RAN upstairs with....yeah...it takes some 3.7v battery...i dont even know what that IS!!! GAH!!

LOL at the idea of lifting up a broody...how'd that go?

Lol she's pretty sweet and hasn't minded me messing with her. I just hope one more hatches so the little one will have a buddy

Really!? Ghost town? I haven't noticed as I've been too busy trying to keep caught up with all these posts!! Every time I pop in to check there's a ton more! I'm "on the clock" or I'd be posting all over this.

I know the feeling though. When my first set of eggs were hatching I had NOTHING to do! Look at the bator, check BYC for posts, look at the bator, check BYC... stare at the bator again!!... etc etc. It only feels slow to you.

LOL i am sure you are right.....I am going crazy. my first pipped around 6:27 this morning and NOTHING from them since!! I am scared thats not ok! LOL also, the 10 posts you are probably catching up on are me babbling to keep myself from going stir crazy!!!

maybe they are slower bc of being outside? I hope more hatch too!!

Could be. But I did write on the shells so I'll be able to tell if they are the ones I was iffy about later on
