I just won some eggs on ebay I've been trying to get for months! FRIZZLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love frizzles- these are frizzle silkies, frizzle polish, frizzle sultans, frizzle wyndottes & frizzle chocins- I mostly just wanted the polish, silkies & sultans- but it's a mixed lot of which ever she has the most of- maybe I'll get lucky. I have seen pics of birds that ppl have hatched from her eggs & they are all beautiful, even the smooth feathered ones. And here I was just saying the other day I was NOT getting anymore eggs... Oh well, couldn't help myself

That's what I said last September and my bators still haven't been shut off since July (well they did have a week or two break after the NYD hatch.)

Well my first chick hatched just a few minutes ago. Looks to be a little roo if I go by the head markings.

I have 2 bators too. The big one I use for day 1-18, then switch the eggs to my small brinsea bator for hatching. In my big bator there is a space along one side where the turner ends. If I have too many eggs to fit the turner I put them lined up along that little side space. I think I can fit like 8-9 extra eggs there. I don't know what kind you have but check to see if you have a space like that, if so you can put them in now then move them to the other when you get it set up...

hardest part now is trying to re stabilize the bator since adding everything a few hours ago. The temps are diff from top to bottom of the egg turner and humidity diff in those two areas too.

They will be 2 different temperatures. Remember warmer are rises so the top will be higher than the bottom.
