I’m heading out to work on my coop this afternoon. It’s an exceptionally warm day for Nova Scotia at 2C and next Saturday is looking to be -20C day time temps. Beats staring at the eggs trying to will them into existence haha

I have 8 more days to hatch! if you haven't read it before, I put 28 eggs in there and out of those I have 2 quitters. Rest are developing very well. ALL of the eggs that are in the incubator are developing (and fertile) and I'm going to start working on a brooder box.Glad to hear that your incubator is working for you!

So you and I both have 26 viable eggs, in the same brand incubator (mine modified, yours original), and we both have hatch dates about Feb. 4th or 5th, as well as @lilwanderer and @junior67 ! So eggciting!
Is anyone else expecting eggs to hatch next weekend?

My first lot are due on the 4th! the small batch of only 5 I think it was. bigger batches from the 9th onwards

Yes! It is quite eggciting! (You should have said, though, 'Is anyone else EGGspecting eggs to hatch next weekend?' It would have been quite EGGciting!) I am hatching next weekend! I can't wait!!!!!!!!
