Sugar water. Dab a drop or two onto the side of its beak. Or if you have some Nutri-Drench on hand, or electrolytes, give her that, too. She needs energy. She can survive on nutrition from the absorbed egg yolk for a couple of days if she won't eat. But soon, try to get her to eat some moistened chick starter with a little egg yolk added, and Vitamin-E wouldn't hurt, either.
I'd stick a thermometer under her on the heating pad to be sure it doesn't go over about 99-100-deg-F. That's about all you can do, and pray for the best.
