Mine are on day 20 until 6pm tonight also. sometimes there is no rocking at all, sometimes the rocking is very subtle, and other times there are punk rockers LOL! apparently my current group are primarily punk rockers, with a few subtle rockers and a couple stationary ones. My first batch didn't peep until they had pipped... still waiting for the first peep from this group.

We have 8 babies out now! One of them is totally white with black spots! I'll post pics as soon as the hatch is over and we take them out of the bator. Oh and 24 more in, 10 Light Sussex and 14 more barnyard mixes.

Looks like final count is 20 nice healthy b abies out - 6 eggs that do no look like they are doing anything and 2 that died during hatching.....still a pretty good rate for my first try! I guess I will pull the plug on the final 6 tonight......it is day 23....what do you think??????

Well all 7 eggs under my two broodys hatched on day 20 ,but my B.O squashed her first chick by mistake ,I was going to take the other two eggs from her but I felt so sorry for her she is sitting since Christmas day ,so they hatched and she seems to be doing fine just they are very small they were pekin eggs .My first hatch and 7 out of 7 yippeeeeeeee ( i cant get the smiley faces to work)

Thank you. That is a relief lol. Ahh just look at those cute little guys. I like the turtle too.

Liamm: I always wanted to try some Trader Joes eggs. I almost never hear peeping or see rocking before they pip. My dog can hear them sometimes before I do though. We have a little pomeranian who thinks he is a chick sitter lol. He likes to peer into the bator and gets all excited when they start peeping or hatching.
