Don't add any more water! Sounds like you have oodles. Bet when you lift the lid, you feel a lot of humidity. Temps always change when humidity changes. Temps will go down when humidity goes up. Temps go up when humidity is low. You don't want too high a humidity right now if you are close to lockdown. It can cause too much goop to happen. Calibrated thermometer? Good, still, liift the lid, ...I promise, a quick check wont hurt...if it's feeling pretty damp when you open it, I'm guessing here too... you more than likely have enough humidity in there. During lock down, add a bit more, just a bit, on second day of lock down. Don't worry about temps being lower during lock down, I always lower mine during lockdown.
