it is day ten for me i have seven fertile two unfertile hope for the best good luck every one

One hatched about 1am. The other 7:30 immediately after my kids woke up. Both from green eggs. Should be a fun day for everyone.

Edit: On closer inspection 5 more pips! One at the wrong end so I'll keep an eye on that one.

My chicks that hatched on Jan. 25th or so, are getting along great with my chicks hatched Feb. 4th, I had one older chick in with the babies, and put them all together when the younger chicks were 3-4 days old, never had a problem. I will need a bigger box soon.

I am on day 4!! I will be doing the first candling on Thursday day 7!!!

Is that a homemade incubator what kind of breed are you hatching

It is a farm innovator that I attached a tube with a syringe to fill caps with water so I don't have to open it. I have 21 Welsummer eggs from a hatchery, 5 Easter eggers from my flock and 6 golden laced wyandottes.

That’s awsome I have rirs eggs one white leghorn egg and four that I got from someone I don’t know what breed lol can’t wait to find out the rir and white leghorn eggs are all my own I have and they are mixed with my rooster I don’t know what breed lol I will post a pic of them I have nine in the bator and seven are fertile
