Yes it is very simple and I used a small hand saw and then I filed the rough edges.

That's a good idea Omran!

It got me to thinking... I bet you could cut a piece of plywood just the right right size, with a notch near the bottom, below the level of your feeding cutouts, that would let you fill the bucket all the way up, so it wouldn't have to be refilled as often. Like this:

Is that a hole cut in the front of the bucket then that they feed from, and it is filled on the backside of the plywood divider?

Guess it's just kinda hard to tell from the picture if I don't have a clue. But then again, I may just be a little slow today.

that is pretty nifty there. but psst! don't show my dh, he bought a galvanzied one. we could have saved so moolah. ( he works offshore and they get tons of buckets at work. )
