that is 8 dollars per cwt. if my calculations are correct. What bagged grains were you able to get for that?/ That seems like a good price.

i get layer feed for 10.90 for 75 pounds of feed and broiler i get 11.90 for 75 pounds of feed they come in 75 pound bags what a steel!

wow- I'm paying almost .30/lb for organic and thought that was ok because blue seal from the local feed store is .25/lb. Can you get $3/lb for your chicken ? It goes for $3-$3.50/lb here in eatern PA.

I was paying 18 cents a lb for 17% layer whick I feel is to high with corn selling for $3.35 a bu. I am now making my own 17% mash for 12 cents a lb. I buy corn from a farmer freind and he grinds it for. I give him$4.00 a bushel(56 lbs) Soymeal I buy fron a local mill for 20 cents a lb. The premix is $33.00 for a 50lb bag. Works good for me.
