Feed question

Hi!
I recently added 2 new chickens to my itty bitty flock (there were 2) - so now I have 3 pullets (Nelly, Harriet and Blue) aged about 3.5 months and one (Phyllis) aged about 10 months. The older one is laying already but I'm feeding them all the chick starter food. Should I switch everyone over to a layer feed or is it ok to feed the older one starter feed for a few more weeks?

You can stay with the starter if you want to. Just offer the older bird some ground oyster shell on the side so she can get the extra calcium she needs. When you see the first eggs from the younger birds you can begin to switch them all over to layer.
