Ok the thing that upset me the most was I was told repeatedly that if there was a problem they would call and they didnt then when I went in to the store they didnt know if they had been ordered they would have the ordering manager call me which he never did, then I call them back and no one knows what I am talking about then finally when I do get a call back they havent even been ordered and if they order them now it will be April before I get them. Now I know they talk to Cackle almost everyday calling in orders and they dont know if the breeds of chicks I want are going to be hatched later? Then I go to Cackle and they have buff cochins but the Salmon Faverolles they are not hatching til April. Ok that being said if they had ordered mine when they were suppose they would have known about the faverolles and let me know. I have my cochins now and I just want my money back. But in their defense the girl I talked to was very nice and said that when I get home they will take care of it. I am the type of person that I am willing to give a place another chance if I am treated decently, but I will not order chicks from them again.
